  Our method, which is informed by considerable advising experience, is structured in two tiers. It is designed to address the challenges faced by military organizations in terms of time, space, and cost limits, while still recognizing the importance of training, advising, assisting, and mentoring. 

Intermittent Tasks: The client seeks support with intricate yet infrequent tasks. These sporadic duties, such as rewriting the National Military Strategy or developing Joint Concepts, necessitate specific skills, but only on an irregular basis.

Enduring Tasks: The client needs help with long-term and complicated duties, such as Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Staff Support or Warfare Team Trainer support. Typically, these duties necessitate the expertise of a full-time subject-matter expert (SME). 

Given these limitations, we initiate our engagement with brief in-person meetings (lasting two to four weeks) and thereafter tailor our assistance to the client's ability to absorb and utilize our services, all at a reasonable cost.
